RED66 Marketing is excited to announce that they have welcomed Brianna Flemings as its new Web Project Manager and Avery Jones as an Account Manager, allowing them to bring new skillsets and high-quality, individualized service to their clients.

These new additions stem from a 33% growth in RED66’s business after the pandemic made it more important than ever for businesses, especially those in the B2B world, to implement digital marketing into their communication efforts. Now, with team members located across the state of Michigan, in Indiana, and in Florida, RED66 has embraced working in a virtual world and is proud to serve a wider range of clients across the country.

“I’m so grateful to be growing and able to add these talented women to our team. For us, it’s been all about getting the right people in the right seats. We started with an EOS coach just before COVID hit, and stayed with it. It’s made a difference in how we operate, but more importantly in the intentional planning for skillsets we need to best serve our growing list of clients,”
Rebecca Dutcher

Founder & President, RED66

Brianna Flemings, a Florida resident, joins the team as their new Web Project Manager, helping manage all aspects of website development for clients. Having worked as a consultant for seven years and being an experienced Project Manager/ScrumMaster, Brianna brings a wealth of knowledge in web and software development and implementations to the team.

As a recent Grand Valley State University graduate, Avery Jones is serving as a new Account Manager, bringing her strong background in marketing and strategic communication to clients. Avery is a former member of the university’s student-run public relations firm, GrandPR, which has served a variety of clients in the Grand Rapids area. Avery currently resides in Midland, Michigan.

Dutcher added, “I’m so proud of the team we’ve cultivated over the last year, embracing all the ways we can stay connected to each other and to our clients. And love the fact we’re still an all-female team, now 7 of us, plus a very strong network of partnerships with freelancers and other firms.”

Already 2021 is already off to an exceptional start for RED66, adding clients from West Michigan, as well as Connecticut, Nebraska, Tennessee and Ohio to name just a few. The company anticipates at least 30% growth again this year.
