It is our client relationships that are at the heart and soul of what we do, and why we do it. As a part of a smaller team, our employees wear a lot of hats, are asked to jump in to learn something new to help someone out. Paid Digital Specialist

Do terms like smart bidding, broad match, phrase match, negative keywords, click-through rate, and conversions get your wheels turning? Do you like testing ads for the best click-through rates? Are acronyms like CTR, CPC, SEM, PPC part of your everyday vocabulary?

If yes, then this may be a great opportunity for you! Due to continued agency growth, we’re looking for an hourly, part time, Paid Digital Specialist to join our in-house team. We have several clients with paid search and social campaigns running and several more in the works who need your expertise.

As a Paid Digital Specialist, you’d work with our account managers and their teams to identify paid search opportunities and develop campaigns to support client goals. You’ll be responsible for administering and managing paid digital campaigns on multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for all our client accounts.

To be successful as our Paid Digital Specialist you will need to:

  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to clarify marketing goals and identify the best paid digital strategies
  • Develop, launch, track, report, and analyze campaign performance, translating results into business recommendations for our clients
  • Consistently monitor and manage paid campaigns including keyword research, testing, optimization of ad groups, ad copy, landing pages, and more
  • Execute, test, collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights for maximum ROI
  • Document your edits, tests, and follow-up on the impact of those changes
  • Be proactive in continuous learning of paid search and paid social
  • Communicate directly and consistently with the team, including vendors and contractors
  • Utilize the project management system Asana to create and assign tasks to yourself and other team members.
  • Conduct all client/vendor contact in a professional and highly ethical manner
  • Understand and support search engine optimization strategies
  • Create and send monthly reports for client review
  • Possess enthusiasm for search engine marketing and supporting clients to be successful

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in paid digital management, agency setting preferred, including
    • Google Ads
    • Google Analytics
    • Meta Business Manager
    • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Ability to translate data from paid digital campaigns into insights for account managers and clients
  • Ability to “Think Like a Customer” and develop paid digital efforts for clients
  • Work independently and take initiative to solve problems as they arise
  • Utilize Asana project management tool to keep projects on track

    Accountabilities

    • Conduct all client/vendor contact in a professional, highly ethical manner
    • Be proactive in continuous learning of marketing, web marketing, and digital work
    • Communicate directly and consistently with the team, including vendors and contractors, and
    • Utilize the project management system to create and assign tasks to yourself and other team members

    Salary & Benefits

    • Salary range $20-$25/hour
    • 20-30 hours per week
