In the digital marketing world, utilizing any and all tools to make our jobs easier and improve the impact for clients is part of our every day routine. RED66 has tried many tools over the last 5 years, so we thought why not share these solutions with you, instead of keeping them all to ourselves.
In full transparency, we do use and subscribe to all of these tools for our agency and many of our clients. The links here are affiliate/referral links, so if you do happen to subscribe we may get a small credit or commission. We’re not sharing these for that though. We’re sharing these helpful tools because they work and work well! We’ve tested and tried several platforms, and these are some that we value most. And, if we can, we’d love to use that little credit to take you to coffee!
Sendible: Social Media Scheduling Tool
Sendible is our newest and fav social media scheduling tool. We researched several different options for social media scheduling for our number of clients and number of social channels. For years, we used Hootsuite to manage Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter and so on, but found that we had outgrown their reasonable pricing for the number of channels we have now. And, Sendible includes scheduling to Google My Business pages, which is a HUGE advantage for us. It has been the answer to all of our social media scheduling requirements because it’s budget-friendly while having all of the capabilities we wanted, compared to other services. Some features Sendible has that we love are the collaboration tools, sharing post previews, bulk scheduling, content tools and so much more. Check it out for yourself here at Sendible.com
Leadfeeder: Find Out Who Has Been On Your Website
Ever curious about who or what companies are visiting your website? I’m sure your sales team would LOVE this information. Leedfeeder is great to see what businesses and who is visiting your website. A few of our B2B clients use this, it’s how we found it and started using it ourselves. Leadfeeder has a lot of great capabilities that goes beyond just showing you who’s visiting your website. An example of this is the automatic lead scoring through Leadfeeder that displays your hottest leads at the top of your list, making it easier for you to prioritize who you contact and when. That is only one example of the useful features Leadfeeder has, it also integrates with many CRM platforms for even better tracking. Check out the rest when you try it out using the link here.

Gravity Forms: Lead Forms, Surveys, Even Donation Forms & Sales
This is our favorite WordPress Forms plugin. It has so many add ons and integrations to make it a very very flexible solution for lead forms, taking online payments, donations, selling items, job applications and SO much more – it also integrates with most CRM solutions. Using Gravity Forms has allowed us to help clients quickly pivot to offer online payments, accept donations, even set up and sell products within 2 days. Dreamhost: Domains, Hosting & More
Dreamhost is a web hosting provider that we use for hosting smaller client sites, purchasing & managing client domains, and referring small businesses for hosting! We’ve used them since we started because it’s pretty user friendly and most reasonable for domain renewals (yep, even compared to GoDaddy). This provider is easy to use with features like a simple custom control, 1 click installs, affordable shared hosting or even VPS (Virtual Private Servers) and other options as you grow. We find it user friendly for newcomers, small business owners, and they have good support. Use the link to try out Dreamhost if you’re in need of website hosting and more at Dreamhost.com.
WPEngine: Worry-Free WordPress Hosting
WP Engine is where we host most of our large client sites since we develop using WordPress. These tend to be larger sites with added capabilities with lead forms, e-commerce, and where staging site options are easy to manage. WP Engine engine separates their services into 4 pillars, so businesses and agencies like us can find what works for them. They make it simple to migrate websites to their hosting environment, monitor security for websites, provide amazing support, and have a well-populated knowledge base. G Suite: Email Solution, Calenders, File Storage & Sharing
We do love “the” Google. G Suite is our email service provider of choice because it’s affordable, easy for small businesses to set up on their own, scalable as they add new employees or departmental emails. When you consider Google Drive for file storage, file sharing and organization; Calendaring, Teams, Google Meet, Hangouts and so much more it’s a cost-effective tool to help run your business. We realize some Apple users may not be fans, but the good news is you can still use G Suite as your email service provided while managing and viewing email in Outlook.
We’ve barely scratched the surface, but we like it. Here are some highlights:
Business email for your domain
Look professional and communicate as firstname.lastname@example.org. Gmail’s simple features help you build your brand while getting more done.
Access from any location or device
Check emails, share files, edit documents, hold video meetings and more, whether you’re at work, at home or on the move. You can pick up where you left off from a computer, tablet or phone.
Enterprise-level management tools
Robust admin settings give you total command over users, devices, security and more.
You can get a free 14-day trial when signing up for your business.
Although we fully use these tools every day, and highly recommend them, no pressure! Every business is different and needs to find solutions that are easy to use for you! If you’re looking to change up what you use, we hope this list provides you some insights. Let us know if you need help managing or utilizing these tools, or share some of your favorites! We’d love to hear from you!
