RED66 has tried many tools over the last 5 years, so we thought why not share these solutions with you, instead of keeping them all to ourselves.

Sendible: Social Media Scheduling Tool

Sendible is our newest and fav social media scheduling tool. We researched several different options for social media scheduling for our number of clients and number of social channels. For years, we used Hootsuite to manage Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter and so on, but found that we had outgrown their reasonable pricing for the number of channels we have now. And, Sendible includes scheduling to Google My Business pages, which is a HUGE advantage for us. It has been the answer to all of our social media scheduling requirements because it’s budget-friendly while having all of the capabilities we wanted, compared to other services. Leadfeeder: Find Out Who Has Been On Your Website

Ever curious about who or what companies are visiting your website? I’m sure your sales team would LOVE this information. Leedfeeder is great to see what businesses and who is visiting your website. A few of our B2B clients use this, it’s how we found it and started using it ourselves. Leadfeeder has a lot of great capabilities that goes beyond just showing you who’s visiting your website. An example of this is the automatic lead scoring through Leadfeeder that displays your hottest leads at the top of your list, making it easier for you to prioritize who you contact and when. MailChimp: Email Marketing Platform (and SO Much More)

Mailchimp is an awesome tool for building your email list, creating enewsletters or any type of email to your customers. They have user-friendly templates but also give you the option to fully customize your emails! With free options to set it up for small businesses (up to 2,000 contacts) you can create great email marketing messages, and more. MailChimp continues to grow and serve small businesses allowing you to set up landing pages, manage some social media, do some design creation and more! Gravity Forms: Lead Forms, Surveys, Even Donation Forms & Sales

This is our favorite WordPress Forms plugin. It has so many add ons and integrations to make it a very very flexible solution for lead forms, taking online payments, donations, selling items, job applications and SO much more – it also integrates with most CRM solutions. Using Gravity Forms has allowed us to help clients quickly pivot to offer online payments, accept donations, even set up and sell products within 2 days. An annual license is less than $200 for agencies, and only $59 for single sites; it’s powerful and scalable, check it out at GravityForms.com

Dreamhost: Domains, Hosting & More

Dreamhost is a web hosting provider that we use for hosting smaller client sites, purchasing &  managing client domains, and referring small businesses for hosting! We’ve used them since we started because it’s pretty user friendly and most reasonable for domain renewals (yep, even compared to GoDaddy).  This provider is easy to use with features like a simple custom control, 1 click installs, affordable shared hosting or even VPS (Virtual Private Servers) and other options as you grow. WPEngine: Worry-Free WordPress Hosting

WP Engine is where we host most of our large client sites since we develop using WordPress. These tend to be larger sites with added capabilities with lead forms, e-commerce, and where staging site options are easy to manage. G Suite: Email Solution, Calenders, File Storage & Sharing 

We do love “the” Google. G Suite is our email service provider of choice because it’s affordable, easy for small businesses to set up on their own, scalable as they add new employees or departmental emails.  When you consider Google Drive for file storage, file sharing and organization; Calendaring, Teams, Google Meet, Hangouts and so much more it’s a cost-effective tool to help run your business. We realize some Apple users may not be fans, but the good news is you can still use G Suite as your email service provided while managing and viewing email in Outlook.
